Dispute Policy

If you have any complaints regarding our products or services please contact us first at info@responsiblefoods.is. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any unresolved disputes or complaints by mediation. If the Parties are still unable to resolve the dispute after mediation, disputes can be brought to arbitration through the Nordic Arbitration Centre of The Iceland Chamber of Commerce. https://www.chamber.is/arbitration.
