Today, we use fresh premium cheese and skyr made from the A2 rich milk from our Viking cows for our crunchy dairy snacks. The carbon footprint of cows in Iceland is offset by our renewable energy sources.
We use sustainably harvested wild caught MSC certified haddock and sustainably farmed ASC certified salmon for our Crunchy Fish Bites.
We use 100% renewable energy to make our gently dried snacks.
